What's My


To anyone that has struggled with confidence, low self-esteem, motivation, discipline, consistency, work ethic, or simply just feels like they are lost and don’t know where to start - I’m speaking to you! 

The reason WHY I do what I do, is because I can honestly say I have been there. I struggled on a daily basis from what I just listed above. I was constantly putting people first before myself, which is completely okay, but until you look back in the mirror and are in love with who you are staring at first, you will continuously feel like a part of you is missing. 

My goal and purpose in life, is to help you find that missing piece within yourself. To grow so much on your daily mindset, that you will look back a week, months or years from now and not even recognize the person you used to be. To stop focusing on the scale and realizing how you feel is more important than the number staring back at you. To discover that the way you look, is just an added bonus into who you are becoming as an individual. To learn to fall in love with yourself so hard and gain so much confidence, you have no problem walking into a room and feeling like the floor is your runway. 

Self love is hard. It's frustrating. It's like we all know we need it, yet we have difficulty giving ourselves permission to fully experience it. - Ironic right?

We learned at a young age to put others first. We learned the importance of success. We learned to work hard and make money. But we didn't learn how to keep ourselves feeling fueled for that journey.

Self love is our fuel; it's the foundation for who we are. Everything builds on top of it, and if it isn't solid, life just does not feel good. 

I’m here to help guide you on not only a fitness journey but a SELF LOVE journey. 

Because the moment you start to love yourself; and I mean truly love yourself in putting yourself first….life begins to feel real dang good!
